CONFIRMED SIGHTINGS
Spear Soldier Shield: Looks like a duke shield, initial reports say it is an excellent blocker, ties when lifted.

Titanium Shield: Quest item, trade moon shield and yeti fur to a trader. 0/2 combat adds. +100 hits. Hit point adds stack when one is held in each hand.

Skull Boots: 0/1 to 0/5 adds, depending on what lvl you found them on.

Flaming Sword: On-contact firestorm, returning.

Flaming Halberd: On-contact firestorm, returning.

Rotting Skin Cloak: 0/1 to 0/5, Negative hit points when worn?

New Gauntlets: +5's hit harder than RD, +4 are a little weaker.

ProtAssault Amulet: Doesn't work at the moment, soon to be fixed by Brad.

ProtEspear Bracers: Doesn't work at the moment, soon to be fixed by Brad.

ProtFirestorm Bracers: Appears to be two kinds:
Random - prots for around 90.
Dropped by DeathSasquatch - prots for 250.
