Connecticut has an immediate staff
perfusionist position available. Saint Francis Cardiovascular Service
Line performs approximately 700-750 adult cardiac surgery procedures
annually. Duties include cardiopulmonary bypass for CABG procedures,
valve surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, Aortic repairs with
DHCA, OPCAB standby and some hybrid procedures. IABP experience a must
and VAD experience desirable. Point of Care experience with blood
gases and ACT’s is helpful. The position is full time days with many
evening and some night cases. On call is required and a 30 minute
response time is necessary. At least 2-3 years clinical experience is
preferred. ABCP certification and CT license required. If interested
