The rollup should include Date of Meeting/Event and Names of Scouts who attended for the month.   </div> <bR> <div> Pack Attendance Officer should record all Den rollups and provide status back to each den leader the 1st week of every month indicating percentage achieved for each Scout.  Discrepancies should be reconciled offline before the next pack meeting.  Den leaders should keep the Scout and Parents aware of progress towards the award.</div> <div>  </div> <div> WE HAVE CREATED THE CRITERIA WITH THE FOLLOWING IN MIND</div> <div> Attending Pack and Den Meetings is a key component of the Packs Success.</div> <div> All Pack Members should be involved in Fund raising efforts and Community events. </div> <bR> <bR> <div> (1) USS Massachusetts & Museum of Science overnights should not be considered as Community Service Events.  Community Service activities such as the Church Thank you planting, or Clean Up Days would be considered.</div> <bR> <div> (2) A Den might assign an "attendance chief” each month to maintain the Den's attendance records. </div> <div>  [With parents help using a spreadsheet the scouts could earn merit towards a "Computer Pin"].</div> <div>                   </div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
