Some may be subcontracted at our discretion. CD Tour of Home $100.00* A personal CD-ROM featuring all areas of your new home can be prepared at the time of the inspection. These pictures will be organized in a logical manner, by room, showing the major walls, features, storage areas, and highlights of each room. The finished CD-ROM will be provided for you within three days of the inspection. This CD-ROM will be yours to copy and share with your family and friends. This will have information about your home in a permanent form for your use for years to come. (If this is done at a time other than the inspection the cost will be an additional fifty dollars ($50) per hour). |
