Our Home Inspection Report:

Our confidential computer-generated report is started prior to our arrival on the site of the inspection. Following the inspection the report is reviewed, edited, printed and bound for your use.

This report will be sent to you in the manner you request. It can be mailed, faxed, emailed, or for an extra charge it can be express shipped to your location.

Our report will include a Full Color Cover Photo of the home, and other pictures of descriptive importance.

Our report will describe the each of the observations made at the time of the inspection. Areas of concern will be noted and suggestions for follow up will be provided. This report also may include a number of pictures of the exterior and interior parts of the house.
