Why conduct a Home
Inspection?
This is an opportunity for
you to get an objective look at your new home by an
experienced person. Their report will enable you to
know more about your new home.
What is a Home
Inspection?
Our inspection is a visual,
non-invasive examination of the current physical
condition of a home. The purpose is to provide an
understanding of the condition of this home so you,
the buyer, can make an intelligence purchase
decision.
How do we know what is
found?
At the conclusion of our 2 to
3 hour inspection, you will be provided a brief
oral overview. Shortly after this you will be
mailed, or faxed a complete written narrative that
explains what was looked at, and what was found.
This report will cover all working mechanical
systems in this home.
What else is
included?
The Lighthouse Home
Inspections report will help determine any major
costs that may arise after you purchase this home.
This report is NOT a warranty or
guarantee.
What are our standards
and ethics?
All standards of practice are
governed by the "Standards of Practice and Code of
Ethics" of the American Society of Home Inspectors,
Inc. A copy of these will be made available upon
request to any client.
