Cooking Classes

Suzanne has taught for several different schools in the past and is currently an instructor at the following schools:

This class learned to make "Salmon en Brioche", salmon stuffed with vegetables, encased in brioche
dough, and then baked in the shape of a fish, and served with two different sauces.
