Research Experience:

The focus of my dissertation primarily consists of characterizations of thin solid films modified by PAMAM poly(amidoamine) dendrimer monolayers. Through my research, I have gained knowledge and experience relating to instrumentation used in surface characterization. I have research experience with the following instrumentation: X-ray Reflectivity, X-ray Diffraction, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, Atomic Force Microscope, Secondary Electron Microscope, NanoIndenter II Mechanical Properties Microprobe (wear measurements), Hysitron TriboScope (nanohardness measurements) and Four Point Probe Method (conductivity measurements)
