CURT GOLDEN, Guitar Craft Instructor since 1986. With 35 years as a guitarist, performer, composer and instructor, Curt Golden brings an extensive and varied experience to his students. He is a veteran of many rock and blues bands, jazz combos and big bands, and a Berklee College of Music survivor. In 1985 he attended the inaugural Guitar Craft seminar, presented by Robert Fripp. He is a founding member of the League of Crafty Guitarists and has toured extensively both as a performer with the League and as an Instructor for Guitar Craft. From 1987 through 1997 he lived in NYC where he taught guitar, worked with the New York Guitar Circle, performed with the rock band, Desperate Measures, and worked as a finance consultant to EMI Records and Sony Music. In addition to his private practice, Curt is part of the Seattle Guitar Circle and a member of the Atomic Chamber Ensemble, the musical director of the North American League of Crafty Guitarists, the conductor of numerous North American Beginner's Circles, has conducted workshops worldwide including a three-month Guitar Craft residential course in Atlanta, Guitar Craft courses in Germany, Spain and South America, and a series of weekend workshops with the Bay Area and New Jersey Guitar Circles. email curtgolden@guitarcraft.com the evolving golden nexus is at www.curtgolden.com Curt Golden
