The idea for this one kind of came out of nowhere.  I was digging through my pile of base figures and found a Nick Fury figure I bought awhile back.  After I realized how easy it would be to remove his holsters, I figured out who I could make out of him.  Removing the eye patch and sculpting an eye was a little fun, but all-in-all he was a pretty easy custom.  The shoulder pads came from an old TB 5" Iron Man figure.  I used detailing tape to get the raised look on them.  The collar came from a TB 5" Jubilee figure.  The headband and gauntlets were sculpted from Milliput.
