This one seemed too easy to not do, especially when I found the Black Custom Spiderman.  Having a base figure who is already the same color as the custom you want to make is a wonderful thing.  I had to do some quick painting to get rid of the Spiderman logo.  The head came from a Masters of the Universe He-Man figure.  The helmet is made from a Cool-Whip container.  That's a great source of cheap vinyl.  Painting the circles was fun, but all together this was a pretty quick custom.
