Toad never seems to get the Toy Biz love.  The Marvel Legends Series 1 figure is horrible and not the more modern version of the character.  The base figure for Toad is an ML Doc Oct.  His hair was scalped from a Masters of the Universe He-Man.  The ruffles on his sleeves, collar, and boots were made from Apoxie Sculpt.
