This is one of my favorite customs to date.  I original idea came from Levit05.  The dude's brilliant when it comes to base figure selection.  Check his stuff out on Fwooshnet.  The base figure is a Rage & Roar Movie Hulk.  The feet came from Dark Alliance Cremator figure.  I used a Smart Hulk head on mine.  The hair, tassles, and wrist and arm based were made from Apoxie and Kneadatite.
