Jeff had a dream : The Great Scott Pub N' Brewery

The Great Scott pub will brew three or five beers the Great Scott Amber Ale, Great Scott lager, Great Scott Rubbish Stout, Great Scott Rugby Stout, and the Great Scott Blond Boom Shell, with the summer Ale the Willy Pete seasonal. The start of the pub will be the brewery, to get the name out at first. We will market to Washington, Organ, and Idaho. The pub will be built in an old brick office building or loft. The taste of the atmosphere will be an old warm mahogany feeling with black and white photos of Scotland’s taverns and pubs. There will be outdoor seating weather permitting. The seats and tables will be the black metal. If we end up putting the pub in a college town the theme will be Scottish sports pub, Rugby teams and la cross. It can go one of two ways an old-timers warm feeling or sports bar.
