Members are encouraged to participate in the business meetings to stay current on what's going on and to provide feedback. Start time 8:00 P.M. - Board Meetings

The business and property of the Society is managed and controlled by the Board of Directors; except for personnel issues dealt with in a closed session, meetings are open to members. Start time 8:00 P.M. - Annual Meeting
Last Friday of September
The annual meeting is held for the purpose of conducting business and electing officers. If you are unable to attend please complete the absentee ballot sent to you in the mail and submit to the Secretary prior to the meeting. Start time 8:00 P.M.
