Take Route 301 North for approximately 18 miles to Route 302. Turn right onto Route 302 and travel through the town of Barclay to the town of Templeville (SLOW) and look for Route 454, a right-hand turn, and continue on Route 454 for 2 miles until you reach the intersection of Routes 311 (MD) and Route 8 (DE). 

Turn left onto Routes 311/8 and continue on Route 8 for approximately 13 miles to Dover. When Route 8 widens, stay in the left-hand lane and watch for the stoplight intersection where McDonalds will be on your right and Mellon Bank on your left with a shopping center behind it. Turn left onto Kenton Road and continue past the firehouse until you- reach Maple Dale Drive, the entrance to Maple Dale C.C. Turn right and continue on to the parking lot.

Note: this is an alternate way to Garrison Lake and also to Eagle Creek by way of  Route 8 to Routes 13 North and 13 South via Route 113 to Dover AFB.
