Welcome to the PassKeep program:

This program saves basic text documents in an encrypted (Password protected) manor. It is useful for keeping info you do not wish to be seen by others protected. PocketPC machines don't seem to be able to do this by default (except locking the whole PocketPC) unlike the Palm devices. So, I wrote a program to do it.

CRITICAL NOTES:

• This software is BETA, which means it can and probably will cause problems, lose data, or corrupt/delete other files. PLEASE USE AT OWN RISK!
• This program currently only works on ARM processors. That means only Compaq iPAQ and compatible PocketPCs.
• I make NO GUARANTEES about the strength of the encryption used. If it is easily broken, contact Microsoft as I am using their libraries for encryption.

NOTES:

• This program is my first attempt at a PocketPC Application. So it may or may not be very good.
• Some of the code in this program is derived from the Notepad+ Sample program from Microsoft.
