Dale is currently serving as a Principal Consultant of DAB Enterprises, LLC, a consulting firm that he started in March of 2004.

He has worked a Senior Project Manager on a Benefits Portal and B2B web site for Verizon Communications.

At Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Dale has been a Senior Project Manager / Principal Consultant assisting their Customer Service Division on two major projects including the implementation of a Document Imaging and OCR solution using Autonomy's Cardiff Teleform v 9.0 product.  Dale also led a Business Process Reengineering project in the Data Control Group of Customer Service.  The quotes listed below were made by Dale's clients at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Lastly, he assisted with a Risk Management effort related to Wyeth's global rollout of SAP including a "House of Quality" matrix used to evaluate the potential challenges with a 4 phase rollout to over 18 countries in progressive succession.

Dale has also served as a Principal Consultant to Canon Financial Services in Mt. Laurel, NJ as their temporary Deputy-CIO assisting the CIO establish a PMO within the IT organization including the associated cultural modifications that needed to occur within the IT department.

Dale has led projects at other clients as well including Keystone Ariel and Software Logic, Inc (where Dale has also been a subcontractor for most of his 4 years of independent consulting).

"[Dale Bondanza] really did a super job in getting the application up and running in production by our deadline. With the database move and the Autosys technical issues and tweaks, we had a real time crunch at the end and with lots of hard work (and coffee) you got through it. Thanks for all of your great efforts and communication throughout this business critical project. I look forward to working with [Dale] on the remainder of the scanning project. I'm sure it will be a similar success."

Ray Paoli
Associate Director of SAP Order Management Systems & Applications Development
Wyeth Pharmaceuticals

"Software Logic’s consultants [led by Dale Bondanza] assisted us in our evaluation, buying decision and implementation of Verity's Teleform product. The time and accuracy savings realized by our scanning project allowed 13 Customer Service Representatives to continue to focus exclusively on value-added activities for Wyeth's customers and sales force, and eliminated the need for these resources to be removed from their normal jobs to key paper-based orders into the system. In the past, the manual keying consumed resources for several months. To us, savings in terms of timeliness and accuracy were the most important aspect of the scanning project. Visibility to order data on a near real-time basis replaced the month-long backlog caused by the previous manual process. Customer Service continues to look for other areas to utilize this technology, because once you've seen it work and experienced the savings it can bring to the organization, you can't imagine dealing with stacks of paper and manual entry again."

Teresa Murphy, JD.
Associate Director of Project Management - Customer Service
Wyeth Pharmaceuticals

Read Dale's Case Study on document management and imaging as it related to his recent client's success.

Dale is an Alumni Sr. Manager of IS supporting the General and Administrative Systems projects of Aventis Pharmaceuticals.  Aventis Pharma's web page is located at: Sanofi-Aventis. Good luck to all of the Aventis people moving forward with the company to New Jersey.  As I said in my farewell note, I'm sure I'll see many of you again. It is a VERY small world.

My MBA paper/thesis was accepted and will be presented at the May of 2001 IRMA (Information Resources Management Association) International conference in Toronto.  This paper falls under the IRMA journal of Information Technology Management Topics within Developing Countries. My thesis is on the "Celtic Tiger's Influence on eEurope". I wouldn't consider it light reading but there was a significant amount of research and travel that went into the effort.  This is copyrighted material and should not be reproduced without the express written consent of the author (me).

This publication was also modified and excepted for inclusion by Mahesh S. Raisinghani, Ph.D in his book Cases on Worldwide E-Commerce: Theory in Action.  This book is now available in hard cover from the the link above.  Get your copy today, they're going quickly. This book is available from Idea Group Publishing in Hershey, PA.  Check out the Table of Contents from this book.  My chapter is Chapter 9.  Below is my introduction to this chapter (edited by my co-author, Dr. Yermish).

"Chapter 9, explores entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Ireland in the area of information technology (IT) consulting. The case is a hypothetical example of two young entrepreneurs seeking to capitalize their academic backgrounds into a business to provide consulting expertise to businesses looking to harness the power of the Internet. The issues of starting such an enterprise can be best understood by thinking from the perspective of these entrepreneurs and exploring these challenging issues in more detail. This case study could be an exercise in a capstone strategic management or global management course. From the IT perspective, readers/students should explore the general issues of outsourced e-commerce activity as a business model."

Here is a picture of the book.  You can find it at any of the on-line bookstores (Amazon, Borders, Barnes and Noble, etc..) by the name of the book OR it's author.  Click on the picture for the full view.
