Where: Abrams Hebrew Academy, Yardley, PA (near I-95 Newtown
Exit)

Directions (Corrected):
From I-95 heading South from NJ: after crossing Scudders Fall Bridge 2nd exit
51A (Yardley Exit) to Yardley ( a short distance after the Scudders Falls bridge).
Yardley is South (left). Go 3/4 of a mile, go through the light at 332, then
make a right at the firehouse (West College Ave.) the school is at the top of
the hill.
From I-95 heading North from Philadelphia: Same, but when you take the Yardley Exit, go right (South) [Alternately you can take the earlier Newtown Exit and go east on 332 to light at South Main Street and make a right]. Continue 3/4 of a mile, go through the light at 332, then make a right at the firehouse (West College Ave.) the school is at the top of the hill.
From West: Take Turnpike to Exit 28 (Philadelphia) - Get on US 1 North (Superhighway). Travel several miles to I-95. Get on I-95 North and follow directions just above.

Note: If you enter an advance and notify
the TD of withdraw before the first round pairings, by USCF rule you are
entitled to a full refund, so there is no reason not to save $10 and
register in advance!
Registration:
9:00 AM to 9:30 AM - First round games begin about 10 AM
US Chess Federation Membership required (available at tournament registration)
If registering by mail in advance, send $10 before 6/15 to “Dan Heisman” 1359 Garden Rd., Wynnewood, PA 19096 with name, address, entry $, USCF dues (if required) or USCF ID# & expiration date; latest official rating, grade (Please use 2001-2002 grade!!), and section. Hardship entries: Please call 610-649-0750 before 6/10.
Please bring a Set, Board, pencil and, if you have it, a Clock - we do not supply equipment
SECTIONS AND PRIZES
Two Sections:
- Open: 4 Round Swiss; Game in 45 minutes; Trophies 1st-3rd; 1st-2nd U1000, Unr. Rounds 10, 12, 1:30, 3 or earlier
- Under-800 Section: 5 Round Swiss; Game in 35 minutes; Trophies to 1st-3rd, U600, U400 and Top Two Unrated; Ribbons to all who do not win a trophy. Rounds 10, 11:15, 12:45, 2, 3:15 or earlier. Unrated players must be 6th grade or below.
Team Prizes Trophies to two schools with most players in both sections combined, so just bring more players and you win a trophy! Must attend same physical school.
If less than 8 players show up for a section, the sections will be merged into one section which will include all Prizes." Only one trophy per player.
