We are a go-kart racing team founded in 2001 and located out of southwest Washington. Our team consists of owner Bob Koenig, driver Joe Koenig, and several supporting team members and contributors. On our site you will find pictures, race reports, team member biographies, information about our sponsors, technical info, and team news. Note: 2K Racing is on a racing hiatus right now for a variety of reasons. We will update this site when we start racing again. Latest 2K News: 1 November 2005 The year in review Bob has written up a review of 2K Racing's 2005 karting season, with some insight into where we're going from here. It was an eventful year that provided for a big learning curve and a much bigger budget. Read the full text here under the "The Year in Review" heading. 16 September 2005 Bremerton race damage At the race in Bremerton on Saturday, we had some major engine malfunctions on the 80cc kart. We will get into the motor soon, but depending on the extent of the damage, the cost of repairs may keep us out of that class for the rest of the season. We'll keep you updated.
