This case came with windows, fans and blue tubes in front. I added a panel that was made for a tank. I found the panel on ebay, and it was only $10. It was described as an unknown tank commander panel. The panel was attached to a metal box which housed the switch, some small circuit boards and wiring. I removed the face plate from the rest of the box, added a piece of blue plexi to the empty hole on the left hand side, replaced the bulbs with LED's and wired the LED's and switch to attach to a motherboard. The flip cover switch is a momentary switch, so it works perfectly to power on the PC. The lower orange "hatch open" light now replaces the PC case power light, and the red "fault" light blinks with hard drive activity. I didn't bother splicing in the original case lights, so the lights that were on the case aren't currently functional. I also decided not to make the blue plastic act as a reset switch, as it was too much work for something that is rarely used. I then cut three of the PC case face plates so the switch and wires would pass through them, and drilled holes to line up with the mounting screws on the tank panel. Shazaam! I now have a tank panel on the front of the PC!
