Here you can see that the bracket that holds the volume knob also has a test switch mounted below it. Usually the test switch is mounted on the coin door, which you can also see in this picture. You can use either switch to access the test screens.

The wiring harness part number A0-37774-01, combined with the test switch on the volume bracket makes me think that the harness may be from an Irish Tempest cabinet. In the 80's Atari had a plant in Ireland that made arcade games. The manual even shows that the test switch is located on the volume bracket for "British made coin doors".

This is the AR II board that I bought in a package with the wiring harness and transformer block. Before I even tried plugging it in, I decided to replace all the capacitors.

Here's the board with the new caps. I used an AR II rebuild kit from Bob Roberts, although I only replaced the capacitors. The board powered up fine, and has good voltages, so I'll save the extra rebuild parts in case I need them in the future.
