I love to work with people and bring their ideas to life through my art. In the past, I have been commissioned for private works, portraits, tattoo art, band logos, sculptures, and book illustrations.
I like to approach commissions as an opportunity to expand my horizons- both creatively and professionally. I do tend toward the fantastical in my works, but I am capable and confident enough to welcome a challenge.
Commission Info for Paintings:
I paint in acrylics on gallery wrapped canvas. A gallery wrap is canvas stretched over a wooden frame; they are ready to hang on their own, or you may frame them as you wish. The depth of the canvas is approximately 1", and I usually paint the sides black, though you may request any color you like.

Commission Info for Illustrations:
Illustrations are created in acrylic paints, archival inks, and occasionally pigment pencils (colored pencils). I use acid free, 100lb vellum bristol for all of my illustrating, and always leave a 1/4 inch white border around the edges for matting and framing purposes.

Logos/Banners/Business Cards, etc:
This is something new I am offering publicly, due to the amount of requests I have been getting. I've set up an overview of options and pricing- if there is something in this realm that you'd like to see if I can manage, but do not see it listed below, do email me anyway, I'm sure we can work something out! Prices include a PDF file with your logo, and permission to use, duplicate, and distribute your logo.

I also have access to some pretty wonderful printing options through various venues, and can offer private product pages so that you can order and even customize products with your logo! Setting up the pages are free, but the product cost is out of my control, as you would be purchasing from the printing facility.
General Info:
When you commission me to make a custom piece, I will first email you a sketch or sketches to approve before I commit anything to canvas/paper. If you would like, I am also willing to email you work in progress photos. A photo of the finished painting/illustration will be emailed to you as well, for your approval, and I will make changes as necessary until you are completely satisfied with your art.
Normally, I can complete a piece within 1-2 weeks, depending on the size and detail. Please note that only with your permission will I share your custom piece with the public and/or offer prints; I do, however, retain the copyrights to my work.
If you are with a company that is interested in publishing, licensing, or merchandising my works, I am willing to consider proposals and projects!
Payment Details:
I do require 50% of the payment up front for material cost and as a deposit; no exceptions.
I can accept check, cash, and all major credit cards through Paypal; you do not need a Paypal account to pay, all you need is an email address! If you prefer a different payment method, we can discuss that through email :) Shipping is free for all commission works, regardless of size. I generally ship USPS Priority Mail.
