What's in your eye? With thirty years behind the camera, Jim Furrer brings creativity and technical expertise to the craft of photography for film and television. One of the few true multi-disciplined Directors of Photography, he moves freely between imaging for emulsions as a cinematographer, and electronic image capture as a videographer. Experienced in all formats of tape, including Betacam SP, Digibeta, DV and 24P high def. And he applies his film knowledge and his tools regardless of the capture format, be it with specialized lenses, his many sets of camera filters, custom lab processing techniques, or post-production effects and color correction. Jim Furrer is a Directing Cameraman, he's the principal force behind Dark Street Films.
