Ava Josephine Villegas

Ava is doing awesome she is almost 5 months old and she weighs 7lbs 8 oz she is still in the hospital she had a trach put in but she is doing very well with it. She is getting stronger and more alert and stays awake a lot more during the day she smiles and looks around and loves to be talked to and rocked she likes attention. We are hoping that she will get to come home by Christmas that would be the best present ever. Just wanted to let everyone know that she is doing very well and growing slowly but surely.
Update August 31, 2009
It breaks my heart and soul to have to give this update about my daughter Ava Villegas. She passed away August 28th 2009. She was a year and 28 days. I love her so much and just wanted to update. God bless.
