Comments: This is the crater Copernicus (lower center.) This relatively young crater measures close to 56 miles in diameter with walls rising 11,000ft from the crater floor. I think that this is the best resolution lunar image I've captured. I seem to be resolving objects on the order of a mile or two in size here using an 8" primary.
