Processing: Adjusted levels and curves in PhotoShop, boosted the color saturation 20%, and removed a greenish gradient in the lower right part of the image due to atmospheric effects near the horizon.
Comments: This shot captures the Constellation Scorpius, as well as, part of the central Milky Way Galaxy. Note the colorful emission and reflection nebula surrounding The giant star Antares in the upper central region of the image.© Dave Dockery 2005
