Although John "Riggy" LaVella, the last original LaVelle has passed on, Dave continues the musical tradition established by the original "Band of Brothers" of Jazz-Styled dance music, Pop, Country, Blues, and just about any style that gets people in the room, in the seats, on the floor...in other words,
total entertainment.
The LaVelles sometimes add guest artist Thom Book from the Phil and Roxy Band, and the result is a dynamic music powerhouse. The band continues as a tribute to Riggy and the entire LaVella family and features Dave on keyboards/vocals, Gene Peterson lead vocals, woodwinds, harps and auxiliary percussion, and Chuck Ellenberger on drums.
