Oldcastle Tropical Play Sand.

This is pure arganite sand. It is labeled not for aquarium use. Acording to many internet postings this sand comes from the same sorce as the aquarium brand and is labeled because carabsea has a non compete. Cost 4.99 50 pounds

Dry Ingredients Mix

3 parts crushed oyster shell, 1 part crushed coral, 1 part sand, 1 part white cement. Mixed using a garden tool.

Some of my favorite rocks were created using smaller rocks and broken pieces to the mold of a new rock.

Several Table rocks and large arch rocks were made. These will be used to elevate the reef structure above the sand.

Another favorite was using a rubber glove to create cave rocks.

In some cases wet-damp sand was formed and placed in mold after 1st layer of rock mix. This was covered partially to create holes and additional texture
