Yoga (n) - \'yo-ga\ - a Hindu theistic philosophy teaching the suppression of all activity of body, mind, and will in order that the self may realize its distinction from them and attain liberation. From Sanskrit, literally yoking. An excellent system for healing the body, calming the mind, and freeing the spirit.
Coop (n) - \'co-op\ - Shortened form of "cooperative." A collection of individuals providing a product or service to the public, as in a farmer's cooperative.
Essex Yoga Coop - A cooperative of Yoga practitioners who operate out of a lovely space in Essex bringing all the gifts of Yoga including good health, peaceful minds, and strong spirits to the good people of Essex County and beyond.
