You can run your own class with your own students at the Essex Yoga Coop.  We are currently renting time to teachers of any style of yoga who would like to teach in an established studio.  Rates are extremely reasonable.  There are many prime time open slots available now.  We have a full complement of props including:

• Extra mats
• Yoga blocks
• Straps
• Meditation cushions
• Blankets
• Eye pillows
• Tennis balls
• Some chairs

In addition, we provide tea lights and a CD player with a small selection of CDs.  If you have students and are looking for an inexpensive location to run a class, or if you would like to move out on your own for the first time, Essex Yoga Coop can be your own, personal yoga studio.

The space is 40 feet long by 17 feet wide.  There is enough room to fit 12 - 14 students comfortably.  The room has heat and air conditioning, a large picture window on one end and two skylights.
