I see you wanted to find out a little bit about me. Well, it's difficult to know where to begin...
Introduction

My Better-half
I had the privledge to meet a beautiful young lady in 1992. This beautiful young lady was home on a college break and I met her through a mutual friend at all places...McDonald's. I would not have thought that we could have managed a long distance relationship for three and a half years and I certainly would not have guessed that we would be married. The big day was October 4, 1997. In 1999 we finally were able to purchase our first home, which is where I want to be more than anywhere else. Here are a few pictures of when we bought it and when we remodeled the exterior.
My Wonderful Parents
I have also had the privledge to have the best parents anyone could ever ask for. My mentors, my friends, my heros.
Odds, Ends, &
My Web Pages
As much as I try to keep up with updates to all of my pages, especially the Hall & Oates RARE Page, there are times when I get bogged down in the many 'activities' I am involved in. There is definately more to come with my pages and my life, so if you are really interested, keep checking back frequently.
Take Care....
David Kearney
O.K., I'll start at the time I graduated from Penn Hills High School in Pennsylvania in 1989.
During my high school days I worked at McDonald's and was promoted to a management type of position when I was 17, I figured what did I have to lose? I carried that interest into the beginning of my college career and attended the Community College of Allegheny County for two years in the Hospitality Management program. While this experience was, for the most part a good one, I came to the realization that I did not want to work a tremendous amount of long hours just to get nothing for it. In 1992 I decided that the best thing for me to do would be to pursue a Bachelor Degree. I quit McD's in search of that wonderful education that would help me get that 'wonderful job'. I attended Point Park College in Pittsburgh until I graduated in 1994 with a B.S. in Business and I waited for about a year or so for the great job offers. Once again, no such luck.
I finally decided to return to college and once again pursue another degree. Well in 1996 I graduated with an A.S. in Computer Science which was probably one of the best things I have ever done. I have earned Novell's CNE and Microsoft's MCSE technical certifications. Also, I have recently graduated from Robert Morris University with a Masters of Science in Information Systems Management.
My main interest is music, music, and more music...let me explain. From 1987 or so up until 1996 I played in a band. No, we weren't great, but I very much loved doing it. I made some very good friends but also lost some very good friends to it. The last band I was in was called RARE FORM, and we even sold between 500 to 600 copies of our cassette. No, it wasn't gold, but hey we wrote and recorded our own songs. Also I collect albums, CD's and singles...everything from country to rap to R&B to metal. My all time favorite recording artists are Daryl Hall and John Oates (just see my H&O Page). I have spent thousands on the number one selling duo of all time. I guess if I had a dream, it would be to at least meet them (well, I finally had this wish come true) someday maybe I'll even get to 'jam' with them. Yes I am a big fan of other artists. I really like Frank Zappa, Todd Rundgren, Styx and other bands from that era and I am also a fan of Steve Vai, Nirvana, Metallica, and yes, Marvin Gaye. My music collection in full length albums and CD's add up to over 1000 and my singles and cassettes add up to about 800. I also take interest in computers and spending time with my wonderful wife...Jennifer.
