FTWO Software Features

Ease of use:

We designed the program with intuitive features, which means first-time users and experts alike can enter and maintain data effortlessly. FTWO uses Microsoft standards thoughout the program, most of it looks and operates in ways already familiar to you. There is virtually nothing new to learn before you can start using FTWO!

Bike Folder

The Bike folder is split into three sections:

  • General Information
  • Bike Identification
  • Warrantee Information

The General Information section includes fields such as bike name, manufacturer, model information, style, color and year.
The Bike Identification section includes fields for important identification numbers - VIN, Engine, Title and license plate.
The Warrantee Information section can be viewed in three ways: Warrantee Info; Warrantee Notes and Bike Notes. You may also select the option of Extended Warrantee and input who it was purchased from, contact, phone, email, website, cost, warrantee number, and the start and end date for the warrantee.


Bought/Sold Folder

The Bought/Sold folder is split into two sections:

  • Purchased From
  • Sold To

The Purchased From section includes fields for purchase date, cost, tax, odometer reading at time of purchase, dealer purchased from, contact, address, phone, email, and website. You can also keep unlimited notes about the purchase of your bike here.
The Sold To section includes fields who you sold the bike to, the price, odometer at the time of the sale, dealer, contact, address, phone, email, and website. You can keep unlimited notes about the sale of your bike.


Insurance Folder

The Insurance folder has one section for information and a Notes area.

Insurance fields include the to/from date for policy, insurance company information, agent name and contact information, premium and date paid. You can keep unlimited notes about insurance for this individual bike in the Notes area.


Loan Folder

The Loan folder has one section for information and a Notes area.

Loan fields include the to/from date for loan, company information, contact name and information, loan amount, interest rate, payment and length of loan and date paid. You can keep unlimited notes about insurance for this individual bike in the Notes area.


Dealers Folder

The Dealers folder has one section for information and a Notes area.

Dealer fields include the basic dealer information. This is important information to have at your fingertips. Or input other dealers in areas you may be traveling and take the information with you on a disk, laptop or print out. There is also a section for entering in the Dealer's personnel, including notes. You can keep unlimited notes about this dealer in the Notes area.


Fuel Folder

The Fuel folder has one section for information and a Notes area.

Fuel fields let you keep track of mileage for trips, total cost spent, how you paid, odometer readings, octane, cost per gallon and MPG. You can keep unlimited notes about fuel for this individual bike in the Notes area.


Maintenance Folder

The Maintenance folder is split into two sections:

  • Summary
  • Detail

The Summary section keeps you up-to-date on what has been done to an individual bike, schedules for future maintenance costs, problems and other maintenance related issues.
The Detail section is for you to enter in the individual items directly from your invoice.
Create as many categories as necessary. Assign maintenance costs and parts to a category with a click of the mouse. Generate reports by category!
You can keep unlimited notes about maintenance for this individual bike in the Notes area.


Tires Folder

The Tires folder has one section for information and a Notes area.

Tires folder is loaded with great information on the maintenance and upkeep of your tires such as date mounted/removed, odometer readings, manufacturer, models, who installed the tires and such. Keep data on your tires for future reference -- air pressure, tire and labor cost, invoice numbers, repair orders and miles per tire. You can keep unlimited notes about tires for this individual bike in the Notes area.


Trip/Event Folder

The Trip/Event folder is split up into two sections:

  • Trip Summary
  • Daily Summary

The Trip Summary section contains fields for general trip information, destination, miles ridden, total MGP, a complete breakdown of expenses by category, a picture and an unlimited notes section.
The Daily Summary section contains fields for recording your daily expenses, diary, picture and an unlimited notes section.
The Trip/Event folder also gathers information automatically for you from the Maintenance and Fuel folders. Which means you will never have to enter information twice in FTWO.


Reports Folder

The Reports folder is split into two sections:

  • Report Options
  • Reports

Report Options includes:

  • Printing all records or only records between specific dates.
  • Printing all records or only records for a specific bike.

The Reports folder allows you to print out data you have entered in the other nine folders. There are 16 different reports for you to select. You can also export the information to a disk, or send a file via email. You can also save the report into numerous formats.
Using the different reports you can easily print reports showing how much money you have spent on tires, oil changes, batteries, etc. FTWO makes it easy to analyze all of your motorcycle-related expenses. How much money per mile did that last trip I took cost? How much did I spend on accessories this year? Imagine the value added to your bike when you sell it because you can printout a complete history of the bike for the prospective buyer.
