Version: 5 -- this is the 'final' update (Oh, who am I kidding? She'll be back on the show every year)
Who is Sara Sidle? This file examines it all, hopefully in an objective manner - who she is, why she is the way she is, character traits, relationships with other characters, etc. Where does Sara go from here - and is there any place she can go?
A presentation edition of this file (done up in MS Word, nicely formatted and including embedded screencaps) was printed out in high quality color, bound in a clear-cover report folder, and was mailed directly to Jorja's publicist (having received permission to do so first) on May 18th, 2007. To date there has been no acknowledgement or reply, nor is any expected, but that's not why I did this document. The presentation version (49 single-sided pages plus the cover sheet, for a grand total of 21 Meg) was done up as a gift for Jorja Fox, and will not be made available to anyone, so don't ask.
This plain text version will be updated as long as I feel like updating it.
September 29th, 2007 -- unfortunately, it now appears that Jorja Fox is leaving "CSI:" in November. We don't know exactly why, but news articles have mentioned contract negotiations and "residual bad feelings" from the events of 2004. We wish her the best, whatever she may do.
October 17th, 2007 -- it's official: Jorja Fox is leaving the show in November, after having filmed her final episode in mid-October. Her stated reason for leaving is a desire to see the rest of life. "CSI:" won't be the same without her.

A presentation edition of the final version (76 pages!) was mailed to Miss Fox via her manager on November 19th, 2007.
