I have been blessed to have been able to enjoy many other interests in my life.  Below are a few other activities that I have enjoyed in past years.

SCCA Club Racing occupied my efforts at on time.  For about five years I just knew that Penske Racing or some other big name race team would come knocking on my door with an opportunity.  It never happened.  Then again, I also had the same idea about Joey Heatherton - that never happened either!

Winter backpacking, primarily in the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, and camping, hunting and trout fishing was a large part of my life from my late teens through early 30's.  

I have built a few stripper canoes at various times along the way.  This one is a Christmas present I built for my sister's boys.

I have been involved with other forms of organized shooting too.  Mostly of a tactical nature, IPSC, IDPA, and 3-gun competitions.  I am working on pages for those interests too.
