Terms and Conditions (for all services) Work is agreed upon and signed for in a contract basis and given to you by DCG. I require 50% of total contracted price up front, and work begins as soon as the contract is signed. A mutually agreed upon time line is included in the contract and work is delivered on the neg time, with the remaining 50% of total fee due at time of publishing to the internet. DCG will not do websites with adult content. A CD of the website is a flat rate of $60. Any Free changes must be very minimal and only available after site is completed & tested. Maintenance is based on an hourly rate of $60. DCG will have rights to publish a listing & image of UI on the DCG website. Any additional hours requested for any services will be based upon an hourly rate of $60. DCG is a registered DBA.
