1. Frank Romuald1 Wilma (Ignatz, #2)1,2 was born on 7 Feb 1890 at Winona, MN, named for his mother's brother Frank Potratz.3,4 He married Elsie Oleaf Dorn, daughter of William Dorn and Susan Eugenia Peterson, on 10 Aug 1915 at Malta, Montana.5 He married Aleathia S. (--?--) circa 1979 at Kelso, WA.6,7 He died on 31 Oct 1980 at Kelso, WA, at age 90 while working in his garden.8,9 He was buried in Longview Memorial Park.10
He was listed in the household of Ignatz Wilma in the 1900 Census at Winona, MN.11 He was educated at a Catholic school.12 After the third grade he was apprenticed by his family to a farmer.13 His Uncle Frank got him a job in Winona as a servant.14 He went west in 1910 and worked on a construction project in Northern California.15 In 1911 he settled in Phillips Co., MT, where he was a sheepherder and a farmer.16 On 18 Oct 1920 he auctioned the farm and all the stock and equipment and moved to Washington.17 Frank was a heavy construction foreman along the Columbia River. After floods damaged his home in 1933, he became the local dike commissioner for more than thirty years.18
