Lower Chest Corner Posts

The lower chest stands out due to the corner posts which are bevel cut on their edges and feature three flutes centered on the bevel. I had to figure a way to mill these flutes since I didn't have the tool used to make these on the original. I came up with several ideas which failed miserably. After some considerable thought, I finally came up with a plan to try the process using my drill press. This worked fairly well. After some detailed sanding, the flutes turned out very nice.
