| I was
recently commissioned to build a project for a child's room that was
based from a plan built by Norm Abram on the New Yankee Workshop. At
the customers request, I modified the plan so there were dresser drawers
on both sides of the base unit. I also changed the plan, which calls for
two base units, to one single unit with a single top. This project was
made from oak veneered plywood, banded with solid red oak, and Baltic
birch plywood for the drawer cases.
