Critical Mass
There is a critical need for change in the world.
If enough people respond to this critical need,
the necessary changes can be achieved.
Through the following links you can connect with people
who are responding positively to the crises.

MERRIAM WEBSTER'S COLLEGIATE DICTIONARY - Tenth Edition

In his book "Utopia or Oblivion" (1969), R. Buckminster Fuller made the case that there is enough for everybody, that the alternatives today are abundance for all or survival for none. Bucky spent a lifetime documenting how this abundance can be achieved through design science.
In 1953, President Dwight D. Eisenhower stated, "Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired, signifies in a real sense a theft from those who hunger and are not fed --those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone--it is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children."
The Internet is but one of the tools of the 'design revolution' that Bucky foresaw. The information necessary to build the utopia of his vision resides on the computers of the world. I trust that the mass of awareness necessary to attain a movement toward utopia will occur before the forces of chaos drag us into oblivion. I believe that as more people understand that there is enough for everybody, when it becomes clear that 'design science' makes success for all humanity a possibility, then, with cooperation instead of competition, all of humanity can be fed, clothed and sheltered.
It is with this world view that I have assembled this Web Page. Hopefully
others will build their own pages with similar goals. As the links I have
included here demonstrate, much of the work has been achieved.
