This is a fundraising project to find the cause and a cure for MYOSITIS, in particular INCLUSION BODY MYOSITIS, a rare and often misdiagnosed muscle wasting disease that over timeleads to severe disability. At this point there is no treatment for INCLUSION BODY MYOSITIS that is known to help.
Your support of this fundraiser will generate much needed funds for research one "wing" at a time!
Suggested donation:$ 3.00 for bird with flapping wings $ 4.00 for traditonal crane (paper may vary in color and design)
Any amount is welcome, the more origami birds are allowed to fly the greater the HOPE for finding a cure!
