Digital Photo Contest
The Delaware Valley Daylily Society is sponsoring a digital photo contest for the July 6-8, 2007 Region 3 Meeting in PA. The contest is designed to show off the skills of our region's amateur photographers as well as promote daylilies hybridized by members of Region 3. Winners will be announced and awards presented on July 7th at the meeting's Saturday night banquet. Contest rules are as follows.
Eligibility: Anyone, except professional photographers, residing in Region 3 of the American Hemerocallis Society is eligible for this contest. Winners need not be present at the Regional meeting to receive an award.
Entry specifications: No more than three entries (digital images) per person may be submitted. Editing of any kind is prohibited. High resolution is recommended. Images must feature a daylily hybridized and registered by a Region 3 member. The name of the featured daylily and the name of its hybridizer must accompany the image or be included in the image. The contestant's name and state in which they reside must also accompany each submission.
Deadline: December 31, 2006.
