Hall of Fame Halter 2003
Victor was purchased in Winter of 2006 from Annette Helgeson in WA. I had been wanting a taller B show horse to drive and work on in-hand classes. Gold is Hall of Famed in most everything and I needed a new one to start. I was looking for a younger, loud -colored horse, but Annette promised that Victor was one I didn't want to pass by. He's Arenosa-bred, and hotter than the other horses I've had over the years, but I think we've made friends and will do well in the show ring. I began showing him in 2007, and did very well winning quite a few awards and placing 9th in the National All Stars in Aged Gelding Halter. I was still concentrating on showing Gold mostly, so Victor was just a backup.
2008 was a good year with Victor winning a lot of classes and Year end awards for me. We showed in everything we could, and allowed some Youth to try their hand at showing him also. A good friend and her kids fell in love with him and so the decision was made to sell him to their Therapy riding program "Giddy Up Go". Congratulations Platt family and good luck with Victor in the future! I know you'll all do great.
