Hildegarn is a massive demon, who the Universe feared for centuries. We learn that Tapion and Minosha's race was almost destroyed completely by Hildegarn. To stop him, Tapion played a song on his orcarina, that split him up into two pieces, one going into Tapion, the other into Minosha. They are both sealed in a unopenable box, which later gets opened by Shenlong. After a great battle, SSJ3 Goku uses his final attack, the Ryuken (Dragon Fist), killing Hildegarn.
