The evil creation of Bibidi who terrorized the universe hundreds of years before DBZ. His first mission to take over the universe was stopped by a young East Kaioshin, but he managed to absord all the other Kaioshins. During DBZ Babidi, son of Bibidi, released Buu from the ball East Kaioshin sealed him in after collecting enough energy from the fighters at the World Tournament and the energy released in the battle between Goku and Vegeta when he was under Babidi's spell which had increased his stregnth. Buu goes through many stages and destroys the earth before he is stopped.

The world's greatest assassin, Tao Pai Pai is hired for 1 billion zenny to kill Goku by the red ribbon army. When he fought Goku he thought that he had kill him when he shot a Dodonpa at Goku. But hwat he didn't know was that Goku was saved by a dragonball that was inside his shirt that had taken the Dodonpa. SO it hit the dragonballl in stead of Goku. Surviving that close call Goku trains with Korin and Goku was now prepared for his battle with Tao Pai Pai. Goku obviously won this time. Tao Pai Pai also returned and fought in the 23rd Tenkaichi Boudouki. He fights Tien and loses. He then appears in DBZ in the Cell Saga hired as some kind of bodygaurd. When he goes up against Gohan, he remembers Goku, because Gohan and Goku look kind of the same. So he ran away in fear

Younger brother of Taipon. He plays a small role in the movie. Together, he and his brother seal the two halves of Hiredugarn within themselves and were then sealed into two separate oracles. When freed, the half of Hiredugarn that was sealed inside him escaped. When he fights one of the halves of Hildegarn he loses and dies.

An expert at PR, Hercule has always been a champion at gaining credit for himself. He is not always the tough guy he appears to be, in fact he can be quite cowardly. He was the World Martial Art's Champion of the previous tournament and manages to win the title again by doing a side deal with Android 18, the other finalist for the championship title.
Despite his faults, he does the Earth a good turn. He befriends Buu eventually convincing Buu to stop hurting the people of Earth. Unfortunately, this pledge does not last when Buu becomes angry because his puppy is hurt.
