About this Public Key Encryption Demo (PKE)

This demonstration software was created by D. Canright for 
educational purposes only, to show how public-key encryption (in 
particular the RSA algorithm) works, and to be fun.  I hope you 
enjoy it.

PKE is FREEWARE: it may be distributed freely for non-commercial 
use.  Give copies to your friends and/or enemies!  The author 
retains all copyrights.

DISCLAIMER: This computer program is supplied on an "as is" basis, 
with no warrantees of any kind.  The author bears no responsibility 
for any consequences of using this program.  In particular, this 
program is NOT intended for encryption of sensitive information.  
The 15-bit keys used are WAY WIMPY!  Any knowledgable person could 
crack this system easily!  I'll bet you can figure out how to do it 
(using the information provided in the help files)!  This program is 
only a toy, for entertainment and education.  If you want real 
encryption, use reputable free software such as PGP at 
http://www.pgp.com/                   or at 
http://web.mit.edu/network/pgp.html   , 
or commercial software such as that from RSA Security at
http://www.rsasecurity.com/           .
