The Dinner Theatre was such a hit that it may have to become an annual event. Following dinner, some of our most talented members presented acts.
 

 

Carole Perez explained why she turned down Mr. Cornell's proposal

Joanna Guy presented an original monologue with songs, and renditions of My Fair Lady favorites. Liz Guy remembered discovering ramps
at her Granny's home
Judy Bertsch explained her love for McDonald's
and why she wanted to live there all the time
 

 

The magic Show followed a delicious dinner. Many Yacht Club members were "assistants"

 

Fourth of July offered lots of fun for young and old, ending with a typical July 4th dinner

Several boats were decorated for the patriotic parade on Friday, July 4

Decorations came in many styles

The Bennett entry had a secondary craft, perhaps a tender?

The Gauthier/Palmer boat was festive and musical

The winning boat entry was 7408 (a.k.a 5100)
with the Statue of Liberty on the bow

Winning costume was Brita Hawtof as Liberty


 

The annual Fourth of July Party is the biggest event of the entire summer.

Ringmaster Gauthier leads the sack race

Gutter racing used custom made sailboats

   

Sail hoisting was very exciting, and a neat game!

Sail & bail was the wettest game of all

The fish pond was popular with the younger set
