General Information


Registration
Registration prior to June TBD is $695. After TBD, registration will be $795. Registration is limited, as are accommodations at the resort, so reserve your space early. If payment is made by credit card, the charge will appear on your next statement. All fees are due in advance and must be paid in U.S. funds. Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing prior to TBD, 2009 will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. No refund will be made on cancellations received after TBD, 2009.

Location and Accommodations
The conference will be held at the AAA Four Diamond Elbow Beach Resort, 60 South Shore Road, Paget Parish, Bermuda, Phone: +1 (441) 236-3535 or 1-800-223-7434. To arrange lodging at Elbow Beach Resort, complete the Hotel Reservation Form and return to Elbow Beach no later than TBD. A deposit of two (2) nights’ deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Rates are TBD (European Plan) per room, per day, single or double occupancy, or TBD for a Premier Room (limited availability), plus 7.25% Bermuda Government Tax and a $10.35 Service Charge per room, per day. Service charge includes services rendered by bellman, maid, front doorman, and pool attendant.

Transportation
Bermuda is easily accessible from all major U.S. and European Gateways into St. Georges Airport. Taxi’s are available from the airport to the resort for approximately $30 each way.

New Passport Requirements
The Departments of State and Homeland Security announced that effective January 23, 2008, citizens of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Bermuda will be required to present a passport to enter or re-enter the United States when arriving by air from any part of the Western Hemisphere.

These new passport requirements make up the Departments’ Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, which is the result of recommendations made by the 9/11 Commission.

The proposed implementation timeline has two phases:

• Beginning January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport.

• As early as January 1, 2008, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security.

Elbow Beach Resort
