General Information

Registration — Registration fees prior to February 1 are $795 for Physicians and $550 for Dosimetrists and Sonographers. After February 1, fees are $895 and $650, respectively. Registration is limited, so reserve your space early. If payment is made by credit card, the charge will appear on your next statement. All fees are due in advance and must be paid in U.S. funds. Cancellations — Cancellations received in writing prior to February 1, will be refunded, less a $100.00 administrative fee. No refund will be made on cancellations received after February 1.

Hotel/Transportation — Camelback Inn, a JW Marriott Resort & Spa, 5402 East Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85253, (480) 948-1700, is an 11-mile, 15-20 minute drive from downtown Scottsdale and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Taxi service, super shuttle, and rental cars are available at the airport.

Accommodations —To arrange lodging at The Camelback Inn you must secure room reservations directly by phone or email. They will no longer accept faxed or mailed reservations. Make reservations not later than January 24, 2009, to ensure receiving the group rate. Use Group Code: proproa. A deposit of one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee your reservation. Rates are $343 single or double occupancy per night. This deposit will be applied to the final confirmed night only and will result in forfeiture unless the Camelback receives seven (7) days advance notice of earlier departure. If reservations are cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to first night's room and tax will be assessed. The hotel will confirm reservations directly to you.

Giants Spring Training Baseball

Market in the Village
This Farmer’s Market features fresh produce, baked breads and pastries, fish, flowers, coffees, tamales and much more. The market also features cooking demonstrations and entertainment. Located on 6th Avenue west of Scottsdale Road, the market takes place Saturday mornings.
