Artwork must be submitted to John (dctp@comcast.net) by noon on Sundays to appear in the next issue of Dale City Tuesday Pride newsletter. Ads will not appear until funds have been received (cash, check, or money order). In addition to any penalties incurred for returned checks, a $50.00 fee will be added.

Ads paid for and submitted will appear in all subsequent Newsletters - great way to get your company / business publicity. All monies collected through Ads will go to Dale City Tuesday Pride II Prize Fund, which will be paid out at the end of the Season on Dec 16, 2008.

• The Monthly President Verification Form has a crucial responsibility to the league to verify the league funds. As listed in the USBC Playing Rules book, one of the President's duties is to personally verify the league’s bank balance monthly. “Verify” means the President must not only determine the amount on deposit, but also do the arithmetic necessary to determine how much should be on deposit.
